Shipping and Returns policy

Delivery

Artworks will be sent out via international or Bulgarian logistic and courier companies with the appropriate insurance for its value.
Packages will be sent flat  or in a tube (for unframed paintings) in reinforced packaging.
Shipping can take up to 3-4 working days to arrive in the Bulgaria from when the order is made and up to 3-4 weeks for international shipping, excludes force majeure, such as lockdown and others. When the collector wishes to be framed, the delivery time is extended by the time for specifying the type, color and size of the frame and the passe-partout and the time for production by the frame studio.

Artwork

Each name of a proposed work of art is unique and accurately described. The paintings on the site are offered unframed in centimeters and are accurate to 0.5 cm in sequence height and width without passe-partout and /or frame. When framed, this is explicitly mentioned and the dimensions of the paintings include a passe-partout and /or a frame. At the request of the collector and after additional clarifications about the type, color and size of the frame, we could perform the appropriate framing.
Please be aware that every care has been taken to provide accurate colour representation, but between photography on the computer screens and the original there may be slight discrepancies in colour.
Please handle each original work of art carefully when unpacking.

All artworks are Copyright by Magdalena Kalieva and protected under Copyright Law and Related Rights Act. Magdalena Kalieva retains the copyright of all artwork on and sold via this website and via any other channel.
It is prohibited to re-produce any illustration or piece of content, or to use for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.  

Returns and Refunds

Our policy of returning works of art has a maximum duration of 7 (seven) calendar days. If 7 (seven) calendar days or more have elapsed since the day of your purchase, including the day of delivery of the purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same immaculate condition in which you received it. To make a return of a work of art, we need an invoice, receipt, order number or other proof of purchase through the website, the name of which was made and the date of purchase.
If your order arrives to you in a visibly poor condition, packaging damage, packaging breakage or other damage that would damage the integrity of the work of art, please make appropriate objections to the courier or postal employee who delivered the order and draw up a report on the damage. If, after careful unpacking, you encounter damage to the artwork, please contact us and explain the problem. If there is a damage to the product, send us a few digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and indicate whether you want to replace the product or get a refund for the purchase. After verification, we will send you an email with our address for returning the work of art. After receiving it from us, we will send you a notification email for the item you returned with approval or rejection of your replacement / refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and performed according to your wishes as follows:
– replacement with another work of art approved by you, the postage being at your expense
– a refund of the amount in the same way as it was paid by you, with bank charges, transaction fees or postal money order fees being at your expense.

Return Shipping of Artworks

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot refund you if the product arrives back to us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
